1. Turn off the red power switch on the right handlebar.
2. Rotate the throttle to full speed while squeezing the front brake lever.
3. Turn on the power switch . wait 10 seconds . then release both the throttle and brake.
4. Repeat the steps if the speed limit is still enabled.
